Trade compliance personnel and others who are involved in the management of export activities that occur under a U.S. authorization – This can include personnel involved within sales and marketing, aftermarket services and program management, contract management, transportation, supply chain and procurement, and business development, because of their frequent use of U.S. authorizations.
